Show full menus in Microsoft Word, turn off the collapsing feature.

The menus in Microsoft Office Word 2003 are collapsed by default. I think this is an annoying feature. Especially when you are lost and have to look at all menus to try to figure out where that thing you are looking for actually is.The idea behind the personalized menus is that it will only show what you are most likely to use. The features you use the most will display and this will make the menus smaller, and more user friendly. It is allowed to disagree.
What you are looking for is the Tools > Customize...
Then you will get the dialog in the picture. Select "Always show full menus". And you are off to a better Word life.
